About pricing
What counts as a user?
A person with their own login. If three people answer enquiries, that's three users.
Can we change plan?
Yes, at any time. Moving up mid-period, you only pay the difference.
Is there a lock-in?
No. Monthly billing can be cancelled month to month. Quarterly and yearly run to the end of the period.
Which currency are we charged in?
Euro. Danish customers are billed in kroner on the Danish site.
What does Enterprise cost?
It depends on the number of users and requirements like SSO and an SLA. Write to us and we'll work it out.
